This Privacy Policy applies to YTC Management Pte Ltd, YTC Hotels Ltd, YTC Hotels Investments Pte Ltd together with Peninsula Excelsior Hotel, Singapore and Menara Peninsula Hotel, Jakarta, as well as our overseas affiliates.

By accessing and using this Site, you shall be deemed to have accepted to be legally bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Site.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure and protected, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore, and that it is used responsibly to deliver our services and products. As such, we have developed this Privacy Policy for you to understand how we collect, use and disclose your personal information. Where the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction are more restrictive than the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore, such applicable privacy laws shall apply.

Your request should give reasonable notice and clearly state your personal information which you wish to withdraw consent to. We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. DATA TRANSFERS ACROSS INTERNATIONAL BORDERS

We may disclose and transfer your personal information to our external data centres, service providers and partners (who may be located in or outside of Singapore) who have been engaged to provide our products and services, to maintain or protect the security or integrity of our databases and premises, and to provide us with operational and management support and services. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such service providers and partners will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore and any applicable local privacy laws.

We will only retain your personal information as long as may be necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, or for our business and legal purposes (e.g. a returning hotel guest will not have to repeat his/her preferences for room arrangement or dietary requirements etc.), or where otherwise required or permitted by law.

You have the right to ask us for your personal information (in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format), in some cases, and to have the information transferred to a third party indicated by you.
